Final Dividend Declaration
At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, shareholders approved the payment of a final dividend of 1.30p per Ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2020.
The dividend will be paid on 16 October 2020, to shareholders on the register as at 25 September 2020. The ex-dividend date is 24 September 2020.
