Syntalit AG, Baarerstrasse 73, 6303 Zug, Switzerland, have informed us by
letter dated 23/12/2013 both on their own and on behalf of their
shareholder, Gethalia Foundation, Lettstrasse 10, 9490 Vaduz,
Liechtenstein, that Syntalit AG have transferred on 23/12/2013
2,159,322 equity shares of Westag & Getalit AG, 33378 Rheda-Wiedenbrueck,
Germany to Gethalia Foundation.
Thus, Gethalia Foundation newly holds by their own shares 75.50 % of the
voting rights in Westag & Getalit AG, which had been previously attributed
to them due to their participation in Syntalit AG according to § 22
paragraph 1 clause 1 no. 1 WpHG (the German Securities Trading Act).
