Completion of sale of Dunlop brand

 

Further to the announcement of 27 December 2016, Sports Direct is pleased to announce that it has today completed the sale of its rights to the Dunlop brand and related wholesale and licensing businesses to affiliates of Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd for a cash consideration of US$137.5m (to be adjusted for net debt and working capital on completion).
