New Century AIM VCT2 Plc (the “Company”) announces that, at a meeting of the Board of Directors duly convened and held on 29^th January 2024, the Board agreed unanimously to request Michael Barnard to resign from the office of director in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association.

A letter signed by all the directors was delivered to Michael Barnard on 30^th January 2024 confirming such request and advising that his office of director has been vacated.
