Further to the Preliminary Results announcement on 6 April 2022, Hilton Food Group is providing further detail on the timing of its proposed final dividend. If approved by shareholders, the final dividend will be paid on 1 July 2022 to shareholders on the register on 6 June 2022 and the shares will be ex dividend on 1 June 2022.
