In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) NCC Group plc announces that Lynn Fordham, Independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chair Designate and a member of the Nomination Committee of NewRiver REIT plc with effect from 21 March 2024. Lynn will become Non-Executive Chair of the Board and the Nomination Committee on 30 May 2024.
