In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, IPF announces that today, Deborah Davis, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of the Company, has been appointed Non-Executive Chair of the Board of YouGov plc on an interim basis. Prior to this appointment, Deborah served as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of YouGov plc.
