The Company was notified on 18 September 2013 that on the same day, Lifestyle Investments PVT Limited, a shareholder connected to Vijay Aggarwal, a Non Executive Director of the Company, disposed of 145,707,247 shares at a price of 18.5 pence. Following this disposal, Lifestyle Investments PVT Limited holds no beneficial interest in the Company's shares.
