The Company was notified on 14 November 2013 that on the same day, David McKeith, Non-Executive Director, purchased 150,000 shares at a price of 21.25p each.

David McKeith's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each.
