Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 14 November 2013 that on the same day, Martin Payne, Group Finance Director, purchased 100,000 shares at a price of 20p each. The purchase was made via his self-invested personal pension administered by James Hay Partnership.
Martin Payne's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 400,000 ordinary shares of 1p each.
