Norcros plc announces that Mr Vijay Aggarwal will resign as a director of the Company with effect from 20 September 2013. Mr Aggarwal has been a non-executive director of the Company since October 2009 and has represented Lifestyle Investments Pvt Ltd, which was until recently a significant shareholder in the Company.
Martin Towers, the Chairman of Norcros, said:
