Issue of Equity - 'B' Ordinary Shares
The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc are pleased to announce the first allotment of 2,287,895 'B' Ordinary Shares allotted on 28 February 2013 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 19 December 2012 and subsequent Supplementary Prospectus dated 18 February 2013. The following shares were allotted to be admitted to the Official List:
84,939 shares of 1p each at a price of 94.19p per share
31,376 shares of 1p each at a price of 95.61p per share
1,817,950 shares of 1p each at a price of 97.09p per share
37,186 shares of 1p each at a price of 98.52p per share
267,437 shares of 1p each at a price of 95.54p per share
49,007 shares of 1p each at a price of 96.92p per share
Dealing of the shares is expected to commence on or around 7 March 2013.
