Issue of Equity - C Ordinary Shares
The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc are pleased to announce the first allotment of 4,572,408 C Ordinary Shares allotted on 6 February 2014 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 20 December 2013. The following shares were allotted to be admitted to the Official List:
79,597 shares of 1p each at a price of 100.503p per share
73,874 shares of 1p each at a price of 101.523p per share
399,750 shares of 1p each at a price of 102.564p per share
4,019,187 shares of 1p each at a price of 103.627p per share
Dealing of the shares is expected to commence by 20 February 2014.
As a consequence of this allotment the total number of shares in issue is 29,489,102 consisting of:

19,785,341 Ordinary Shares
4,572,408 C Ordinary Shares
