Extension of Open Offer

The Board of Triple Point Income VCT plc is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the Offer for Subscription dated 20 December 2013 (the "Offer"), the Offer for C Ordinary shares of 1 pence each will not now close on 30 April 2014 but will be extended until 28 May 2014.
