The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc announce that the Company has purchased a total of 15,000 Ordinary Shares of 1.00 pence per share each from a shareholder at a price of 80.8955 pence per share.
As a consequence of this buy-back, the total number of shares in issue is 38,047,674 consisting of:
