Announcement of Dividend by Triple Point Income VCT plc

The Board of Triple Point Income VCT plc has resolved to pay a dividend of £973,744 equal to 5p per share to Ordinary Class Shareholders and £256,568 equal to 5p per share to A Class Shareholders. The dividends will be paid on 24 July 2015 to those Ordinary Class and A Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 10 July 2015.
