Announcement of Dividend by Triple Point Income VCT plc

The Board of Triple Point Income VCT plc has resolved to pay a dividend of £3,203,618 equal to 16.45p per share to Ordinary Class Shareholders. The dividend will be paid on 18 December 2015 to those Ordinary Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 4 December 2015.
