Second Allotment
The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc are pleased to announce the allotment of 1,656,282 E Ordinary Shares allotted on 5 April 2017 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 7 October 2016. The following shares were allotted to be admitted to the Official List:
62,497 shares of 1p each at a price of 101.523p per share
494,788 shares of 1p each at a price of 102.041p per share
575,997 shares of 1p each at a price of 104.167p per share
95,500 shares of 1p each at a price of 104.712p per share
427,500 shares of 1p each at a price of 105.263p per share
Application for the Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities will be made shortly and dealings are expected to commence on or around 21 April 2017.
As a consequence of this allotment the total number of shares in issue is 77,244,247 consisting of:
