Mears Group PLC (LSE: MER), the leading provider of services to the Housing sector in the UK, announces that on 20 May 2024 Angela Lockwood, Non-Executive Director, purchased 6,480 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 383.7 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mrs Lockwood has an interest in 6,480 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital.
