The Board of Downing FOUR VCT plc announces the declaration of the following dividends:

	Dividend per Share
DSO D Shares (TIDM:DO1D)	18.0p
DP67 Shares (TIDM:D467)	18.0p

The dividends will be paid on 29 November 2019 to Shareholders on the register at 8 November 2019.

Residual Net Asset Values
Based on the audited Net Asset Values (NAVs) as at 31 March 2019, the Total Returns to original investors in the DSO D and DP67 Share pools, after the payment of the above dividends, are as follows:
