Interim Dividend for the year ended 31 December 2021
As disclosed in the LMS Capital plc ("the Company") Half Year Report issued on 3 August 2021, the Company is pleased to announce an interim dividend in respect of the financial year to 31 December 2021 of 0.3 pence per share. The dividend will be paid on 15 September 2021 to shareholders on the share register at close of business on 13 August 2021 (with an ex-dividend date of 12 August 2021).
