TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The Board of Calculus VCT PLC announces that the Company has today purchased for cancellation 34,000 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 78 p per share. Settlement of this transaction is due to take place on 5 January 2018.
After cancellation of these shares there will 11,670,927 ordinary shares of 1p in issue.
