The Board of Calculus VCT PLC announces that yesterday the Company purchased for cancellation 78,279 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 69p per share.  Settlement of this transaction is due to take place on 1 August 2019.

After cancellation of these shares there will 20,770,422 ordinary shares of 1p in issue.
