The Board of Calculus VCT PLC announces that today the Company purchased for cancellation 22,127 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 63.7 p per share.  Settlement of this transaction is due to take place on 22 June 2020.

After cancellation of these shares there will 27,182,907 ordinary shares of 1p in issue.
