The Board of Calculus VCT PLC announces that yesterday the Company purchased for cancellation 51,082 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 60.2 p per share. Settlement of this transaction is due to take place on 24 February 2021.
After cancellation of these shares there will 31,393,092 ordinary shares of 1p in issue.
