After 5 years of service, Claire Olsen will be stepping down from the Board of the Company on 31 December 2023. The Board would like to thank Claire for her invaluable contribution as a member of the Board and the Audit Committee.
The Board are in the process of recruiting a new non-executive director, a process which is likely to conclude in Q1 2024.
There is no information required to be disclosed pursuant to sections LR 9.6.11 and LR 9.6.12 of the Listing Rules.
