The Board announces that Edward Bonham Carter, Adrian Creedy, and Philip Johnson have today each acquired nine shares at 348.13p per share and John Chatfeild-Roberts today acquired three shares at 348.13p per share as a result of a dividend reinvestment pursuant to the Share Incentive Plan (place of transaction, London).
