JUPITER FUND MANAGEMENT PLC (the "Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that the following transactions over ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Shares") in the Company have been undertaken by a PDMR/Director.

On 12 April 2019 Karl Sternberg acquired 564 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company at £3.826 per share, following the reinvestment of the Company's 2018 full year and special dividends, under a broker sponsored dividend reinvestment plan.

On 15 April 2019 Nicholas Ring exercised 56,766 options granted in 2016 under the Long Term Incentive Plan and exercised 64,111 options granted in 2016 under the Deferred Bonus Plan.  He then sold 56,971 shares to cover tax liabilities.
