HENDERSON LAND<00012> - Suspension of Trading
At the request of Henderson Land Development Company Limited (the
"Company"), trading in its securities has been suspended with effect from
9:30 a.m. today (7/11/2005) pending release of an announcement relating to
a proposed privatisation of Henderson Investment Limited by Henderson Land
Development Company Limited by way of a scheme of arrangement involving
securities exchange.
