EXCHANGE NOTICE - RESUMPTION OF TRADING
The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited notes the announcement published
by Tian An China Investments Company Limited (stock code: 00028) (the
Company') at 6:22 a.m. this morning and notes that the Company has
applied for resumption of trading from 9:30 a.m. today.
To allow sufficient time for investors to consider the published
information, the suspension of trading currently in place will continue
for the duration of the morning trading session.
Trading in the shares of the Company will resume at 2:30 p.m. today
(3/10/2007).
