Mai 2000 – Die Senator Film AG (WKN 722 440) hat ihre Kapitaler- höhung erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Die Gesellschaft hat insgesamt 1.804.992 auf den Inhaber lautende neue Stückaktien ausgegeben. Davon wurden 578.136 Stück im Rahmen des Bezugsangebotes zum Preis von 97 Euro bezogen, sowie weitere 1.226.856 Stückaktien zum Preis von 100 Euro vornehmlich bei internationalen, institutionellen Investoren platziert. Der Bruttoemissionserlös für die Gesellschaft beträgt rund 175,72 Mio. Euro. Mit dem Emissionserlös wird unter anderem der Erwerb einer Beteiligung an der CinemaxX AG, Hamburg, finanziert. Den verbleibenden Erlös wird die Gesellschaft in geplante Akquisitionen und Kooperationen im Produktions- und Distributions- bereich sowie in das neue Geschäftsfeld Music & New Media investieren. The company issued a total of 1,804,992 new shares. Of the total, 578,136 shares were subscribed within the terms of the offering to existing shareholders at a price of Euro 97, and a further 1.226,856 shares at a price of Euro 100 were placed primarily with international institutional investors. Total gross proceeds for the company amount to Euro 175.72 Mio. The proceeds from the issue will be used in part for the financing of an equity stake in CinemaxX AG, Hamburg.
