Juni 2000 Berlin, 23. Juni 2000 – Die Aktionäre der SENATOR Film AG haben auf der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung vom 7. Juni 2000 beschlossen, den Namen der Gesellschaft in SENATOR Entertainment AG umzubenennen. Außerdem wurden eine Kapitalerhöhung aus Gesellschaftsmitteln ohne Ausgabe neuer Aktien, die Umstellung des Grundkapitals auf EURO sowie ein anschließender Aktiensplit im Verhältnis 1:5 beschlossen. Die Preisfeststellung der Aktien der SENATOR Entertainment AG wird vom 29. Juni 2000 an von DM-Stückaktien auf EURO-Stückaktien im Verhältnis 1:5 umgestellt. Das Gundkapital, das sich nunmehr auf EURO 34.000.000 beläuft, ist in 34.000.000 Stückaktien a 1 EURO eingeteilt. At the same meeting, they decided to increase the capital with corporate funds (without a new share issue), to convert the capital stock from DM to EURO, and to subsequently split up the stock in the ratio 1 to 5. From 29th June 2000 onwards, SENATOR Entertainment AG share prices will be converted from individual share certificates denominated in DM to individual share certificates denominated in EURO in the ratio 1 to 5. The stock capital, which now amounts to EURO 34,000,000, will be divided into 34,000,000 individual share certificates at EURO 1 each.
