The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Senator closes TV license deal with ZDF Senator Entertainment AG agreed to a TV-license package with Zweite Deutsche Fernsehen (Germany’s second major state-owned broadcaster). The high-carat feature films included in the deal are half first and half second licenses. After the TV contract with ARD/ DEGETO, Senator has again succeeded in making a TV license deal with a state-owned broadcaster for first and second licenses. The transaction just concluded is the second of Senator’s numerous license sales to national broadcasters planned for 2002.
