Senator concludes extensive license deal with Kirch Media Ad-hoc-announcement transmitted by DGAP. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– As already anticipated in the semi-annual report, Senator Entertainment AG has now concluded a license agreement for an extensive TV rights package after long and intensive negotiations with Kirch Media (Broadcasting Group ProSieben, Sat. 1, Kabel 1). The sales volume from this transaction lies at approx. EUR 25 million, depending on the box office success of some of the films included. The contract, given prior approval by the Kirch Media creditors committee, includes an extensive security mechanism for Senator. With the conclusion of this contract, Senator has been able to sell TV rights to the four German broadcasters within only a short period of time (ARD/DEGETO, ZDF, RTL Group, Kirch Media/Premiere).
