  • Marc Gabizon will be responsible for all German operations

Berlin, February 26, 2015 – The new organization and operational restructuring of SENATOR Entertainment AG and its subsidiaries (“ SENATOR “) is progressing as scheduled. Following the merger with Wild Bunch SA (“ Wild Bunch “) at the level of the parent companies, the newly formed group reorganizes its operations on the German market.

From May 1, 2015, Wild Bunch Germany GmbH (“ Wild Bunch Germany “) will take over all operational activities of SENATOR’S subsidiaries, including the acquisition and exploitation of film rights, especially theatrical distribution and home entertainment as well as TV-sales.

All German operations will be headed by current Wild Bunch Germany’s managing director Marc Gabizon and thus offer significantly expanded filmed entertainment from a single source.

The new group intends to continue to operate from offices in Berlin and Munich.
