TOYO HOLDINGS<0094> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Toyo Holdings Limited (the "Company"), trading in its 
shares will be suspended with effect from 10:00 a.m. today (7/3/2000) 
pending an announcement regarding the acquisition of shareholding 
interests in a company by issuance of consideration shares which 
constitutes a discloseable transaction of the Company.
