2. Provision for Unlisted Investment
The Group's unlisted investment represents property development and golf
club operation in Foshan, China. The controlling shareholder of the said
investment, BT Development Holdings Limited, has gone into
creditors' voluntary winding up. Results for the last period included a
HK$10 million provision made for the said investment.
3. Earnings per Share
The calculation of earnings per share is based on the profit attributable
to shareholders of HK$17,801,000 (2004: HK$7,804,000) and the 25,000,000
shares in issue throughout the period.
