MASCOTTE HOLD<0136> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Mascotte Holdings Limited (the "Company"), trading in 
its shares will be suspended with effect from 10:00 a.m. today (15/3/2000) 
pending an announcement concerning the discloseable and connected 
transactions and the possible unconditional offer as announced on 26th 
February, 2000.
