Director/PDMR Notification

AO World plc ("the Company") announces that it has been notified that four of its persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") have cancelled their participation in the Company's previous all-employee HMRC approved Save As You Earn schemes ("Sharesave Schemes"), thereby cancelling their options to purchase ordinary shares of 0.25p each.  The PDMRs cancelled their participation in previous Sharesave Schemes in order to apply for the maximum saving amount permissible in the Company's 2018 Sharesave Scheme.
