Dividend clarification

Further to the FY22 Preliminary Results announcement released on 25 May 2022, Pets at Home Group Plc is providing further detail on the timing of its proposed final dividend of 7.5p per share.

If approved by shareholders, the final dividend will be paid on 12 July 2022 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 17 June 2022 and the shares will go ex dividend on 16 June 2022.
