SING PAO MEDIA<0164> - Odd Lot Trading Arrangement

The Stock Exchange has received a message from Sing Pao Media Group 
Limited which is reproduced as follows:- 

"In order to alleviate the difficulties arising from the existence of odd 
lots of the consolidated shares, Sing Pao Media Group Limited has agreed 
to procure an agent to arrange to match the sales and purchases of odd 
lots of the consolidated shares resulting from the share consolidation 
effective 3rd April, 2001. Holders of odd lots of consolidated shares who 
wish to take advantage of this facility should contact Ms. Clara Ho of CU 
Securities Limited at 11th Floor, Hong Kong Diamond Exchange Building, 
8-10 Duddell Street, Central, Hong Kong (telephone no. 2801 0787) from 
Tuesday, 3rd April, 2001 to Tuesday, 15th May, 2001.  The fractional 
entitlements, if any, of the consolidated shares that arise from the share 
consolidation will be aggregated and sold, the proceeds of the sale will 
be retained for the benefit of the company.
