PAC CHALLENGE<00166> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Pacific Challenge Holdings Limited (the "Company"), 
trading in its shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today 
(25/4/2002) pending the publication of an announcement in regarding to a 
possible offer for the shares in the Company from another party other than 
Ontime Capital Investment Limited.
