PAC CHALLENGE<00166> - Change of Company Name

Market participants are requested to note that the name of Pacific 
Challenge Holdings Limited has been changed to "New Times 
Group Holdings Limited".  Accordingly, the stock short name of its
ordinary shares (stock code: 166) will also be changed to 
"NEW TIMES GROUP" with effect from Friday, 02/05/2003.
