Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Genuit Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has been informed that Mark Hammond, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Executive Chairman of DX (Group) plc, a company quoted on the London Stock Exchange, with immediate effect. The role will be an executive position until such time as a Chief Executive Officer is appointed to the DX (Group) plc Board, at which point it will revert to being a non-executive role.
