N P H INT'L<0182> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note that the parallel trading in the 
ordinary shares of N P H International Holdings Limited ("NPH Int'l") will 
cease after the close of business on Friday, 2/6/2000.  As from the close 
of business on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated 
shares (stock code: 2995) of N P H Int'l as represented by old share 
certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of N P H Int'l 
will only be under the following arrangements:-
