HK PHARMA<00182> - Share Consolidation & Parallel Trading
Market participants are requested to note that the Bermuda Court and the
Hong Kong Court sanctioned the Scheme of Hong Kong Pharmaceutical Holdings
Limited ("HK PHARMA"). The shares of HK PHARMA will be consolidated on
the basis of 10 then existing ordinary shares ("Old Shares") of HK PHARMA
into 1 new ordinary shares ("New Shares"). The parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of HK PHARMA will commence at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, 07/
12/2006 under the following particulars: -
