The Stock Exchange has received a message from Prime Success International
Group Limited (the "Company") which is reproduced as follows:-
"With reference of the preliminary interim results announcement (summary)
for the six months ended 30 June 2005 submitted to the Stock Exchange on
22nd September 2005. Due to clerical mistakes, the Company would like to
amend certain figures as follows:-
1. Profit / (Loss) after Taxation & MI were HKD106,334,000 and
HKD66,030,000 instead of the profit/(Loss) after Taxation before MI of
HKD106,730,000 and HKD68,276,000 for the six months ended 30 June 2005 and
30 June 2004 respectively.
2. % change over last period was of 61% instead of 56% accordingly.
3. Prodit/(Loss) after ETD Items were HKD106,334,000 and
HKD66,030,000 instead of HKD106,730,000 and HKD68,276,000 for the six
months ended 30 June 2005 and 30 June 2004 respectively. "
