Notification of change in Director's details

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9(2), the Company announces that Tim Lodge, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Howden Joinery Group Plc and this appointment will take effect from 1 January 2025. Tim will additionally take on the role of Audit Committee Chair from 1 May 2025.
