Board Committee Membership Change

London, 12 February 2026 - AltynGold (LSE: ALTN), an established precious metals producer operating in Kazakhstan, announces that following the announcement on 25 September 2025 of the appointment of Maryam Buribayeva as Chief Financial Officer, the following Board Committee changes will take place with immediate effect:

• Andrew Terry, Non-Executive Director, will join the Audit Committee
• Andrew Terry, Non-Executive Director, will join the ESG Committee
• Vladimir Shkolnik, Non-Executive Director, will leave the Audit Committee

Following the changes noted above, the Board Committee membership will be as follows:

• Audit committee: Ashar Qureshi (Chair), Andrew Terry
• Remuneration committee: Ashar Qureshi (Chair), Vladimir Shkolnik
• ESG committee: Vladimir Shkolnik, Andrew Terry.
