Indivior PLC announces that the share repurchase program announced on May 3, 2022 to repurchase its ordinary shares of $0.50 each (the "Ordinary Shares") for cancellation has now completed.
In aggregate, Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited, who undertook the program on the Company's behalf, purchased 5,277,072 Shares for a total consideration of $99,998,726.54 at an average price of £16.2612 per Share.
